1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes about 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

3. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@starlitecomms.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label. Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund.

4. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@starlitecomms.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

5. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@starlitecomms.com. We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the product to us in its original packaging to receive a refund (excluding shipping costs).

6. Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the item you desire.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
